To raise a call, please log in to the web site using the user-id and password issued when you purchased the software. (If you haven't already completed your Profile, please complete this when you log in. This way we can send you our newsletter, hints and tips on items like Gift Aid and six-monthly statistics.
If you became a customer before the support site was brought into use, email support@cadetrecords.co.uk with your name and squadron details. Once we have checked your details, we will issue you with a user-id and password for the system.
